DUBSTEP. No seriously though, I can't hate on this kid too much. I think he'll be successful somewhere as long as he understands that his short stint on AI won't automatically make everything easy; he's going to have to put some work into it.

David seems nice enough and appears to have a good sense of humor. As I've suggested before, he should transition to Latin music. He could do very well in that genre and easily have cross-over hits. He could be the next Ricky Martin in more ways than one.

Well he did hold up that VFTW sign..., ^^ absolutely, Latino Love songs would work the best...Luis Miguel is getting old, and Julio Iglesias is retired...put some demos together and submit to appropriate labels, and he is without management, so he'll have to get the management cos. interested, too.

First of all, he wasn't dropped by his management, it was his decision to leave. Second, it's very likely his former manager made up the stuff about being dropped from Jive because she's a b*tch and is obviously mad at him for leaving WEG. And even if he was dropped, no one knows the real reason behind any of this. It could have nothing to do with his last album, it could be his personal decisions as well. No one knows.

Has a great voice but that isn't enough to make it. Hopefully he made a few dollars to stash away in his short career. Hate to see him end up at Walmart working the register.

With all due respect...Latinos embrace both good looking (Julio) and very bad (Mark Anthony), but charisma and soul are usually a shared talent. Tiny David has neither. If you can sing, but nobody wants to HEAR you sing, can you really sing?

David Archuleta was dropped from Jive Records, as noticed by MJ's Big Blog due to a tweet from his former manager (he was dropped from his management group too). Well, Gaspy;s last record kind of blew and it wasn't selling, so this isn't a shock. He's a nice enough kid though so we hope something works out for him. And we hope this encourages him to understand that coming out of the closet isn't a bad thing.
