People may be mad at Pia Toscano's elimination this week, so let's revisit the Idol days when pretty girls didn't even make it to the finale out of pure jealousy from the voters. Season 6 semifinalist and awesome VFTW pick Antonella Barba has a new video out for her song "Out for Blood" complete with lots of vampires. Girl, you can bite us anytime.

I was a little disappointed there wasn't a scene with the porcelain princess on the toilet in the video. Great production values. Her voice still sucks though. She could have at least threw some toilet paper over the guy's head before biting him, just as a shout out to VFTW.

Kind of fun. And while she can't sing nearly as well as Pia, she's still a whole lot more entertaining.


BTW -- it looks like she put out a CD last year. Didn't this site used to do reviews? Seem to recall those were pretty hilarious.

It's kind of hilarious how incredibly literal this song and video are. "Metaphors? NO, I LITERALLY AM A FUCKING VAMPIRE." It's like she's trying to pander to the Twilight crowd so she can become relevant again-- in fact, that's exactly what this is. The cheesiness of this whole production would make the entire eighties blush.


Amazing. Just, amazing.

She's no Julissa. It sounds like shes trying to imitate Beyonce although it is a decent song and an alright video. I agree with the smarterthanpickler less cloths next time.
