Steven Tyler looks like someones grandmother at the nursing home with too much bad jewelry and makeup. His new song/video was bizarre. No one but Steven wants Aerosmith to play at AI finale. This is a non-story.

Stevie Nicks turned them down as well. Guess Nigel isn't kissing enough ass lately, or is he just becoming irrelevant?

According to the new biography, Steven Tyler's "Does the Noise in My Head Bother You?", it seems as though there is an on-going feud between Joe Perry and Tyler. I haven't purchased the book yet, but in reading the reviews, people have revealed this piece of information. That may be the reason they aren't appearing together.
It's a shame that Aerosmith won't appear though, because appearing on AI at this point would be very positive for the band as a whole. On a different note, I was sad to see Durbin go home. The final three should have been James, Haley and Scotty. That would have been an eclectic group! No matter what happens, I don't think that Scotty will have anything to worry about. He will most likely have a very successful country music career. His only drawback could be the fact that he sounds exactly like Josh Turner of "Long Black Train" fame. Still, he would be a breath of fresh air to country music since most country artists sound the same with no hint of true originality.

I suppose they can a Freebird jam session with Randy on bass and Tyler on vocals. They have to top the famous Stairway to Heaven one.
The funny thing is that the horrible Stairway to Heaven jam session is the only thing I remember from that previous finale.

I watched that Steven Tyler video on Thursday evening. Just when I thought nothing could be uglier than a fantasia production, I was proven wrong. WTF was the point of the video??

It's a shame Tyler and Perry are feuding. Neither one is as good, without the other. I got mad love for Old Man Steven, but that's the way it is.

Quote : Guess Nigel isn't kissing enough ass lately, or is he just becoming irrelevant? Was Nigel ever relevant? In his mind, maybe. Along with Wardick and Fullershit.
Quote : It's a good thing Randy's there so James can jam with Journey. Not even in jest, should we utter the names Randy, James and Journey in the same sentence. It makes me want to hurl.
Let Randy and James sing Mariah Carey. At least I won't want to slash my wrists because I'll be too busy laughing .

Aerosmith's career went down the tubes after they appeared in the movie "Sgt. Peppers" with the Bee Gees. I think it was Barry Gibb that knocked Tyler on his ass. BWAAHAHAHAHA American Idol is just pouring salt on the wound. Kinda like Randy claiming Journey is HIS band.
