Blindgossip.com suggests that Adam Lambert is looking into plastic surgery to cover up the acne scars that he is self conscious about. We say... finally! We couldn't take another closeup picture of that awful looking mug. Now that he probably has at least a little money, it's time to do something about the face.

Did he actually think that putting on pancake makeup was going to conceal those craters? It won't matter anyhow, he'll still be hideous.

It's going to take a skilled roadwork team to strip off the bad foundation and level out the final layer of tarmac. Even then, he'll probably still have a rumble strip of scars down the sides of his face.
