America had to eliminate him twice to get him off Idol.
Because he got signed, doesn't mean they are going to invest a lot of money into his indiviual future, but we may see "pairings" with other artists, concert openers or side-ticket for better known artists, etc.
Casey was at least, less boring. than Langone & Lusk in his performances on the show --- but, without Haley (which he has cut a video with), he's not a top-bill act.

I guess the word is out that Haley is banging Stefano. Makes more sense, Haley being more attracted to lizard types. Casey has a winning personality and some degree of talent but he's awfully homely.

^Most of the guys in that genre are homely, so I don't think that's a factor ... But Casey's pretty good, and while I don't see him making a big splash, he may settle into a nice little niche following
