"Home", the Song Philip Phillips Doesn't Even Like, Breaks an Idol Record

Phillip in blueHe's done it again. Phillip Phillips doesn't give 2 shits and people still love him for it. Especially us. Now, the song he doesn't even like has broken a record. Although Phillip told everyone that "Home" is not a song like any he would actually really sing, the song has sold 280,000 downloads. That's the most downloads an Idol winner's single has ever gotten. Remember, that's just downloads - for example, Clay Aiken sold 393,000 of his first single, but that was in CD form. But still - Phillip has been too sick to promote the song and he even went as far to tell people he doesn't like it, yet it still breaks records. 

Phillip just does whatever the hell he wants. He's one of our favorite winners ever. Skip the tour, Phillip! We do love the tour promo picture (left) where everyone is wearing white yet Phil decides to wear blue. And we thought Heejun was the one trolling the show. We bow down to Phil, the master Idol troll.

Hollie looks good in this though, as always, especially when she's -- what - 4' 10" tall?


PP is in the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 already. But he did quit chewing gum on his last interview. His girlfriend says all the heifers wanting to get to Phil doesn't bother her. (wait till he gets better):)
