Some chick on America's Got Talent just did Goat Vibrato and is getting tongue lashed by EVERYONE. Apparently her Mom's dead and both Mom and Dad are former Olympians... Actually made me wish she was trying out for Idol instead cause I think we'd have a field day with her.

The apple doesn't far from the tree. Guaranteed face time. I hope she fails in the spotlight.

More of the baffling phenomenon of kids who go on reality TV shows when their parents can buy them music "careers." Didn't we see Jim Carrey's kid audition for something recently?

Nepotism rules! If she's 1/10th as annoying and arrogant as her dad they'll kick her off quickly; conversely Jim Carrey's daughter seemed like a sweetheart on Idol . We'll see..

That was the first thing I thought of too. I can understand that a celeb's kid might want to "earn" a place in the limelight or "prove" that they've got talent, but I hardly think that a fake reality TV show is the way to go about doing that. What I also wonder is which side of the equation the idea for her to audition came from...hers/her father's or X Factor's for the ratings. Not that it matters, the results will be the same...a bit of exposure and a whole lot of free press for all.

Anyone remember that show "Kid Nation"? Why can't we have a celebrity version of that?

Bitch is already famous. Has twitter with 100k followers and is famewhoring in every party in Hollywood. Isn't she already on Family Jewels? Will she be the first person ever to participate in two reality shows at the same time? LMFAO.
Oh, and her brother used to date Demi Lovato (who doesn't?). It seems like she will audition for friends. So cool.

Idol stole the "bring back an eliminated contestant" shtick from X Factor, so now X Factor is returning the favor by stealing the "celebrity kid audition" thing from Idol.

Nick & Sophie performed together in a special concert at the River Rock Casino lounge in Richmond, BC, just a few weeks ago, regrettably I didn't bother to go see them. Their father is friends with the CEO of Great Canadian Gaming, and he gave them a break.
