Remember Pia Toscano? She was the hot chick on Season 10 who got a ridiculous amount of hype only to be shockingly eliminated in the ninth spot (thanks to VFTW and Dancin' Paul McDonald!), then go on to receive more coverage and hype than the last three winners of Idol combined. Two years on, ever wondered what happeded to her? Well, nothing at all. Despite being hyped as the next Whitney Houston, Meryl Streep and Mother Teresa, Pia's career has been a big zero. Things are so bad that when she tried out for a part on Glee, not only didn't she get the part, she was so awful that the producers decided to completely write the part out of the show (lol)
Anyway, looks like things are finally turning Pia's way as she's gotten her first job in two years other than standing next to old rich guys; she's going to star in her first movie. And it's about her favorite topic...herself! So I guess the movie's going to be about a girl who tries out for Idol many years ago, gets eliminated from the show, does nothing for five years, goes on Idol again, surrounds herself with inferior talents like Brielle Van Hugel in Hollywood to make herself look good, bores everyone to death with one ballad after another, is tricked into doing an uptempo song by the show which exposes how one-dimensional she is, gets eliminated (again), receives a ridiculous amount of hype, and then does absolutely nothing again...other than make a movie about it.

She's got to let those eyebrows grow in some. Her face is too hard edged, looking older than her years. But these are no doubt her prime years so it's all downhill from here. She looks just like some folks in my extended NYC Italian family. For example, she looks like a younger Lainie Kazan.

Since it's a faith based film that means her acting will be like her singing: One dimensional.Also the movie won't make a large gross income because fundie movies hardly bring in large box office numbers anyway.
And who in the hell was she going to play on Glee anyway Santana's older sister b/c Pia don't look young enough to play someone in hhigh school.
