Maybe we will have coke head Urban on the show. I would imagine he would be on par with Tyler. There are rumors he could still be using out there, so he could be fun if he's flying high on TV.

I think this new judging panel will be an unmitigated disaster. Your average Idol fan weenie will be shellshocked at all the changes, and probably has little idea who these people even are-- let alone familiar with their work-- since they don't exactly have their finger on the pulse. People will stay away in droves. Ha, ha, and ha.

^I agree. They're just blatantly trying to one up X-Factor and the voice when, to be honest, who's even interested on either of the shows to begin with? Nobody's listening to the music of the people winning these shows. Even those who are getting minor success aren't exactly the million dollar superstars the shows are supposed to be finding. I think idol needs to realize that this show was the sensation it was when it didn't have high profile celebrities on it.

The panel is going to be so strange. I don't like Keith Urban at all, he will be squashed like a bug between MariaH and Nicki. But yeah, he will put at least one WGWG in the running, and America will do the rest!

I despise Keith Urban. Despise. Although if he's back on the cola, he may be entertaining. Slightly.

Idol will need to make further cuts in compensation and comp's to their cast of contestants now. Perhaps have them buy their own lunches in Hollywood, and maybe cut-down to 100 dollars per live aired show they sing on - more and deeper cuts in tour compensation.
The new judges will need training on how to take 2 or 3 producers fav's, push them through to the top 13 and surround them with set-to-fails.

I approve of Mr. Uma Thurman judging on Idol. He could be bland as plain toast and I wouldn't care if it means Uma shows up and Whatevias her way through a live episode.
So now we're getting divas, cuntry acts, and...whatever the hell Nicki Minaj supports on Idol this season. That spells trainwreck.

Anyone but Adam Lambert. Of couse the Glamberts are now trashing both Mariah Carey and Keith Urban, claiming that Madame is more qualified than either of the two. Fan Fiction at it's most absurb.
