Adam Lambert Dropped By 19

Certain people had such high hopes for Adam Lambert after he lost to WGWG2 on American Idol. Heck, Adam was going to save the music industry. But after releasing an album with a cover no one would be caught dead carrying, making one jackass comment after another and his debut performance at the AMAs with him making out with trannies and falling down on stage, it's been all downhill for Adam. And it's all over now as he's been dropped by 19.

Now that Adam's all washed up, there's only one job left for him to do...become a judge on a karaoke show.

It says he's still with RCA though and is making a 3rd album. Unclear who dropped who there. But either way it's news.

Considering how much money was wasted in promoting Madam, I can't help but wonder how Kris Allen would have done if he got all the promotion that Madam got. He still wouldn't have been THAT great, I'm sure, but he certainly would have fared better than Madam.

I don't think that there is going to be a stampede, Sparkle Cows greatly diminished in numbers.


I can't see RCA (if it's true and he is still with them) to be able to do anything different with his next album, he didn't gain any new fans and I can't imagine in what genre of music he would be successful.

He's not still with RCA. If his label 19R dropped him it automatically cancels the distribution deal with RCA.
