This website is obviously a very clever way of getting even more people to watch American Idol. They claim to say that Idol "sucks" but they made a specific site for the show, they research information giving contestants more publicity, and then they encourage people to call and "vote for the worst?" I wouldn't be getting so upset, for all you know this site is probably owned by American Idol and they posted it just to encourage more and more people to vote. It makes complete sense, its giving Idol ore publicity because the contestants that arent' so good aren't being voted off as quickly, so more people want to watch to see if "the worst" gets voted off. And if they don't get voted off, it just encourages you to vote more. Clever.

So, now that your "votefortheworst" shananigan isnt working, you need help. Asking people to vote, just to get an idea of who should be the worst pick. Did you ever stop to think that maybe they are all great singers this year? Kristi is a great pick for vote for the worst, becuz she is a great singer and she needs the votes. You are only helping her fans. She just hasnt been able to pick the right songs. Even without your help, i would say she would make it to sixth place. And I hope Syesha, Carly and David Cook go out before her. And I am so glad Amanda didnt make the top ten. I would not go to The American Idol concert to watch her sing. David Archuleta will be the next American Idol, no matter how you try to change that. And by the way at this point they are all winners. I say our votes to your votes is about a 30 to 1. You don;t stand a chance this year. GIVE IT UP. P.S. So much for helping Danny Noriega out. He was a great singer. One of the best in the group.

I think it's pretty funny that this year you don't really have any BAD singers for this stupid website of yours. THey are all good, none of them are truly BAD at anything. You need to realize that EVEN if the best doesn't win........they end up making something with their voices. Some are better off not having the grueling aftermath of AI to worry about. Hi Dave,and thanks for still being there for us worsters!! It's been awhile since I've checked in, but I'm glad to see things here are just as menacing as ever!

All I can say is, God Bless the Mailbag!! Just when I thought I've read it all~That said, my condolances on the untimely dismissal of our current pick. I was so hoping to hear the Janice-wannabe butcher "Me and Bobby McGee" wearing only a Steppenwolf T-Shirt while stomping around barefoot in a haze of purple smoke, but alas....

In regards to our Ringers--Thank our lucky stars we have them!!: Who needs amateurs when we have semi-professionals to make fun of!! Nothing says Lovin' like broken, discouraged, desperate "LA proved too much for the man" losers with barely enough money for cab fare, who actually believe they can recapture their Virginity while selling their souls, reputations, and integrity in the process. Now THAT'S what I call Appointment Television!

But I have to say, I haven't had this much fun in a long time. All my 11 year old wants to know is how Jason washes his 'hair', while my five year old keeps asking me 'how come Simon and Ryan just don't say how much they really love each other.' The only bad thing is, my 15 year old is starting to sour on the The Beatles, but I told her to stay strong, put on "Sgt. Pepper..", and forget she ever heard Michael John's version of "A Day in The Life".

But we worsters know; none of that really matters. Regardless of the blood, sweat, and tears; I'll be watching. Wild Cockroaches couldn't drag me away from this pile o' crap!

I just want to tell you that your website helps me get through the work week. Honestly though, the most entertaining part of the site is the ignorant people who send the “hate” comments. All of those people preach about how wonderful the contestants are and how they deserve to have their dreams come true. Then they follow that up with dropping the f word a hundred times and wishing death upon you. People need to stop getting so wrapped up in this reality tv crap. There is nothing reality about it…the “amateurs” on the show are already picked by the producers and will be groomed on the show in order to receive the highest amount of votes. The show, not America, chooses who they want to win and go on to have a cd produced, written, and vocally enhanced by the record company, I think it is funny when Seacrest reveals how many votes all of the contestants received on results night. He will say 6 million people called in to vote even though you and I know one person can vote as many damn times as they want. The part of the show that sickens me the most is the “Idol Gives Back” night. Sure they advertise it as a moment of charity, but that’s where all the power hungry celebs and money hungry execs feast. There will be endless Ford and Coke commercials and each celebrity will talk about how they want to save the world so you will go see their next movie. Everything has to be publicized, Idol has to mention over and over again that they won an emmy for donating money! Beware intentions of these people, money is the prime motivator. I say vote for the worst contestant. Piss people off and maybe someone will take a look at their pitiful life and see things need to change. I think if someone is deserving of fame, money, and a “better” lifestyle, then they will work their way to it regardless of a tv game show. Hope this lightens up your day for once.

Hello- I am a huge fan of American Idol, I have watched it since almost the beginning and I still love the show. But I also have become a huge fan of vote for the worst. I LOVE YOU GUYS! I love reading up on the latest dirt about the contestants which you guys always have long before anyone else lol. And I also think your site keeps things in perspective-the show is just that- a show. Its entertainment bottom line and I think you guys sure as hell make it more entertaining. I mean, imagine where the show would be without Amanda-it would be SOOOO boring. You guys arent stealing people's dreams or ruining their lives-you are just making the show a lot more fun and interesting. I love the jokes about the contestants and info about how the show is rigged which it surely is. I for one could care less - people need to loosen up - you go VFTW- keep us informed and keep AI grounded! love you guys!
