I am not a rock type person but hopefully he'll do some other things at some point to appease those who aren't into that genre. I loved Music of the Night and a few others he did and the finale song I play again and again. - Lynn01 Yeah, because that's the sign of a true artist - someone who makes music to appease people who are not fans of the music he wants to make. That's called selling out, and I hope he doesn't do that. He's already sold his soul to Nigel &; co. - what more do you want from him. If you want to listen to Phantom of the Opera music, buy a freaking Sarah Brightman CD.

"He made fun of himself and this deserves praise??" Yeah, it does. The ability and willingness to do that is a refreshing quality to find in anyone. It's a mark in their "positive" column.

I'm glad to see he isn't taking it/himself too seriously. He'll last far longer in the industry if he doesn't let things stress him too much. Unlike poor Lil' Davey...here's a link to the latest on his crazy stage parents... http://www.celebitchy.com/12094/david_archuletas_mom_is_a_sore_loser_david_cooks_brother_has_benefactor/ It's so sad neither parent seems to be concerned about what is truly best for their son, just how things look to the world.

Never seen this one before. That's actually pretty funny. I remember us Worsters getting a hold of his blog pre-idol and those were funny as heck. The guy obviously has a sense of humor, and it's glossed by the idol veneer, but the fact that he can make fun of himself is a tick in the pro's column.
