A person who auditioned for Canadian Idol was detained as a terrorism suspect on Wednesday. Khuram Sher is currently being investigated for allegedly plotting terrorist attacks. It's official, Idol shows make you crazy enough to commit acts of terrorism against your country. We call for a ban of all Idol shows immediately.

VFTW Canadian Idol legend Mark Day has released a video and, like everything else he's ever done, it's a Massive Newfy Grape Gay Chubby Dating VFTW Victory! For those who are familiar with Mark, dance away!; for those who aren't, get ready to fall in love. God, I wish I were gay!

We heard from a few sources this week that Canadian Idol has closed up shop and does not plan to have a season 7. We'll see if an official announcement comes out anytime soon, but we expect that the show is over. Somewhere Zack Werner is probably having a nice, tall drink.

VFTW darling Steffi D and Kyle Riabko, who are currently in the Broadway touring company of Spring Awakening, performed at a charity event to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS at L.A.'s renowned Upright Cabaret at Mark's Restaurant in West Hollywood.
