It's likely that Crystal Bowersox may not perform tonight due to being out for illness. Executive Producer of Idol Ken Warwick tells Ryan Seacrest's radio show that if she can't compete tonight, she will automstically be eliminated. This is mostly good news with a little bad news. The good news is if Crystal goes home, only one other female will go as well, dramatically helping Haeley's chances of lasting another week. VFTW Victory! The tiny bit of bad news is that Crystal seems like the type to talk back to the judges, and we love that. But if sacrifices have to be made to help Haeley advance, then so it must be. Haeley for the win!

On Carrie Underwood's All Star Holiday Special last night, Carrie poked fun at her run on American Idol and how she won. It's actually pretty funny, so someone gave Farmbot a personality upgrade right before the show. And hey, anyone who sticks pins into a Constantine Maroulis voodoo doll is alright by us!

Ryan Seacrest's Stalker Arrested

Posted by thefunnystone on Saturday, October 31, 2009 at 5:08 AM EDT

Ryan seacrest's alleged stalker, Chidi Uzomah, was arrested yesterday inside the E! building. Uzomah had a knife and requested to talk with Ryan. Uzomah has in the past assaulted Ryan's security guard and shown up at the radio station where Ryan works. He's now being held in prison on a charge of felony stalking. Ryan has been granted a temporary restraining order. So we guess it's not just the Idols who have creepy stalkers. Remember kids, no matter how much you don't like someone, don't stalk them. Get a life.

Coming as no surprise to us, Celebitchy says that the lame and offensive gay jokes that Ryan Seacrest and Simon Cowell spouted on seasons of Idol were encouraged by ex-producer Nigel Lythgoe who found them "hilarious." With Ellen DeGeneres coming on board as a judge, current producer Simon Fuller has told the two lame guys to cut out the gay jokes. Is anyone surprised that the 7 seasons of Simon Cowell telling male contestants to put on dresses and mocking Ryan were perpetuated by Nigel? It took Nigel leaving the show to have the first sort of openly gay contestant do well without jokes being made. Nigel's homophobic tendencies have been documented before, so we hope he's having fun on his Dance show. Because gay guys clearly stay out of dancing, so he's home free.
