Chris Medina's disabled fiancee, Juliana Ramos, has been the subject of much debate over whether she's being exploited on television to help Chris's music career. Juliana's mom has been blogging on Facebook, and even she realizes that this attention is making Juliana uncomfortable.

When we found out yesterday that the clip from Milwaukee was on Wednesday’s [Oprah] show, Juliana was literally stunned to stillness. Her shaking stopped for that moment and she said, “Really??” We didn’t get to watch it at that time because all the snow coverage was broadcast through the whole 9am show but we watched at 11pm and then Juli got a chance to catch the YouTube version this morning. I would love to say that when she watched it she was as excited as when she heard about it. But there are 2 problems with that: her attention span and her perception of herself. Her attention span is still painfully short so halfway through the segment she was asking to go to bed (coping mechanism) but I held her off and asked to keep watching. Then when they got to the part where she was on camera ‘post-accident’ (brace yourself because I am not sure I ever told you this before) she began to slap herself. Don’t be alarmed (although it is quite sad to watch). It is her way of expressing self -loathing. She also doesn’t want to look in mirrors nor do anything to ‘doll up’ her appearance. It’s a huge departure from the lovely girl who got in the car that night, right?

Does that really sound like someone who should be on television? Would you want to be on TV after a horrible car accident?

We already have most of the top 40 thanks to JoesPlace. And our very own Fallen Angel Gabriel found the rest (nice work!) Here they are. If you have info on any of these contestants, email us at mail@votefortheworst.com or post in the linked message board threads.

The last 1 seems to be disqualified Joey Dwyer-Mount. It also turns out that Rachel Zevita, our very very favorite contestant, made it to the top 20 and then either quit or was disqualified. We can't wait to hear what happened there. Guess she was smart enough to read the contract and walk away!
