Normund Gentle is back on the Wendy Williams Show to talk about Lacey Brown's ouster and what happens if you're sent home this early. Love ya, Normund!

AOL Television has video of Nick Mitchell's appearance on The Wendy Williams Show this week. Nick (or rather Normund) discusses Ellen's dissatisfaction with the Idol lighting, Kara's transformation into Paula, and the way the judges tear off the set during commercial breaks. As always, Nick delivers the dish just how we like it.

Nick Mitchell as Normund GentleArguably one of the best Idol contestants ever, Nick Mitchell is still out and about doing his thing and making VFTW proud. An article in the News-Times reveals his current plans. He's guesting on The Wendy Williams Show every week, he's about to release a song called Brit Smack (that mocks Simon Cowell), and he's going to be doing a show in Las Vegas for 4 months. We're glad to hear it! The Brit Smack video comes out on April 8, so you know we'll have it here. And we'll keep you up to date on when Nick's Vegas show starts.

We're teaming with AOL Television to name the 10 worst 'American Idol' semifinalists ever. Here's our pick for #2. Check back tomorrow for our pick at #1. Also make sure to check out the entire list of 10.

Name: Nick Mitchell
Season: 8
Worst Performance: 'And I Am Telling You'
Why We Loved Him (But Everyone Else Hated Him): Nick Mitchell auditioned for American Idol with one thought in mind: to be funny. He had no intention of making it to the top 36. He even auditioned as a character he created, Normund Gentle. When Normund and Nick got a ticket to Hollywood, VFTW cheered. But we figured the guy was obvious cannon fodder for group rounds in Hollywood and didn't put much stock into him at first.
