Timmy was asked today at a post-elimination interview by Rodney Ho of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution what he thought about being votefortheworst.com's pick and, as shocking as it may seem, he didn't appreciate the great honor we bestowed upon him...

Tim Urban, who finished seventh, was “sad” by being on Vote for the Worst, where he held fort for a record nine weeks. In other words, he didn’t take it humorously as some past contestants who have been named. Yes, I was second up on today’s press conference and asked him about it:

"I really have no comment about that website. I’m not excited I was on the website. It’s not really anything anybody should be proud of. I really didn’t like being on there and basically working my hardest to get off of it. I’m actually sad I was on that website."

Timmy, say it isn't so! VFTW immortalized you, just like other past Idol greats such as Sanjaya Malakar, Antonella Barba, and Scott Savol. Think of all the press we got you; we made you a star, on the Lindsay Lohan-Chris Crocker level. The contestants are told not to mention VFTW, so maybe Tim didn't want to stir the pot. But he didn't seem too happy with us!

Oh well, I guess some people appreciate the gift that is VFTW and some don't. Timmy needs to stop whining and smile more...like new VFTW pick Siobhan Magnus!

Capping off one of the worst episodes of Idol ever, we lost Tim Urban on American Idol. He didn't even get a sing-off. What the hell? But it was a great run. We didn't think we'd even get Tim to the tour, but we got him all the way to the top 7. He was our longest running pick at 9 weeks and we had a great run with him. We got the slide. We had the creepy bedroom walking. The awful falsetto. The laughing at the judges. The numerous bottom 2 survivals. Tim Urban - you are an Urban Legend in our book and we appreciate your run this year. You kept this shitty season fun. So who's our next pick? Check back soon to find out! VFTW may hate this shitty season, but we still basically control it.

For all of the doubters, Timmy returned to VFTW glory tonight with one of the worst vocals of the night on "Better Days". He's gonna need support though to make it another week since he sang early and really ruined the song. So the casual Timmy voters won't help us tonight. We need you to vote for the entire 2 hours and really put the pedal to the metal. 1-866-436-5703. Don't rest on our laurels, we need to make sure Tim survives another classic Tim performance.

Tim Urban is safe once again. Brilliantly, he sang decently on the week 2 fodderific contestants would go home. And next week's theme seems to play into his wheelhouse even more: inspirational songs. Is this our season or what?

All we can say is we have completely saved Tim all by ourselves and not a single person has helped us. This is a gigantic VFTW victory because clearly Tim was going to go home and we pulled off a miracle! WOW!

Timmy will hold a press conference following tonight's episode to talk about what it's been like to be the VFTW pick for a long running 9 weeks. That is amazing. We're doing this, people.
