You've unfortunately probably been exposed to the latest craze for tweentard girls and pervs alike, Boy Band One Direction (their video), a group that by comparison makes N'Sync look like a motorcycle gang. Although if you read VFTW you've known for a long time about this awful, fake manufactured group by Simon Cowell when he didn't have enough groups for his stupid UK X Factor show made up of 5 male teens who were cut by the show. Well, something called The Key Of Awesome has made a parody of their first video and may I say they've perfectly captured the essence of One Direction, everything from random pointing, punching air, parts where we go Na Na Na Na and the overall extreme homoeroticism that is One Direction.
Pointing at stuff really is such fun!
In case you don't know what to expect when the US X Factor premieres next month, here's a peek. The show produces awful pop acts that have no talent (see: American Idol). This boy band who has never heard of the word "harmony" got 3rd place last year and their first single is as awful as expected. We figure the winner of the US version will be just as irrelevant to the US music scene.
Matt Cardle has just won X Factor and Harry Styles of One Direction tells him what the real prize is...
Think how much pussy you're going to get!!!
Nice to see Simon Cowell has mentored our future generation to have their priorities right.

When one attempts to differentiate The X Factor from American Idol, they say X Factor is more Fun, less Jesus. But after that, they'll point out that the judges on X Factor aren't there just to humiliate the contestants (as they are on American Idol) but also to serve as their mentors. But there have been hints all season that the judges are barely mentoring the contestants at all, and more evidence they give their precious time only to their favored acts. And now comments by just-eliminated contestant Treyc Cohen have completely blown the show's cover. Read on to see Treyc's comments and further evidence that when it comes to The X Factor, they do share one thing in common with American Idol...they're full of it!
