Year 10 of American Idol was a season of change (Simon leaving/Nigel returning, new judges, completely selling out to the fundies, etc.) but there was one thing that never changes: There's ALWAYS a worst, and VFTW was there to support it! No one knew what to expect when the season began but, upon reflection, how could there have been any doubt it was going to be anything other than a complete trainwreck, giving us the most VFTW season since AI6. Read on to re-visit all the great VFTW moments of the past season...
Our freshly booted pick, Jacob Lusk has been telling friends that Jimmy Iovine sabotaged him, according to TMZ. Jacob has been saying that he didn't want to sing "No Air" but Jimmy basically insisted that he do it. Jacob actually wanted to sing Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy." After hearing this news, we have to say... thanks, Jimmy! You helped produce one of the best performances of the whole season. Keep up the good work and give the contestants more awful songs, thanks.
Well, we all knew Jacob would go home this week, but he was the last remaining horseman and we just had to try to save him. His performances all season have been truly legendary and he's been great fun to support. We're gonna miss ya, you Lusky Stank! Now we're left with an interesting top 4. It's kind of hiarious how all of them could legitimately be our pick. This is the best season ever! So who should be the next pick? Vote in the polls below and leave us some feedback.
Jacob Lusk picked "No Air" and "Love Hurts" and sang them hilariously. He is clearly the person who is supposed to go home tonight after those hilarious performances. Randy doesn't think he's in it to win it and after he started screaming, "It hurts! It hurts!" while doing his angry horse stomp, we just knew we had to make sure to help him out. So vote tons for him, he's going to need more help than any other pick we've had all season. Think about it tomorrow - if Jacob can stay, he won't be the only one screaming "It hurts!"
