Chris Daughtry is the defendant in a lawsuit from three of his former band members. According to the Idol Chatter blog, Ryan Andrews, Scott Crawford, and Mark Perry from Daughtry's former band Absent Element  claim that they helped write 4 songs including Home. We believe the bandmates because obviously no one would claim to write these not so great songs unless they actually did it. The story gets funnier when Daughtry's wife started tweeting angrily and looking silly, followed by Chris comparing himself to Jesus. We will definitely be keeping tabs on this and updating you with the latest news.

We've been joking around here for years that Chris looks like a Penis With Ears. But now, he just looks like a gaping hairy asshole. Chris would've done well this year with the group of male fugs we have, instead of losing to Taylor Hicks.

While we just think it's another hilarious way for us to mock him. He looks terrible. Chris posted this picture on his Twitter, but soon he'll probably wish he hadn't because he looks like even more of a douche nozzle than normal. At least not as bad as the beard.
