2 New Amanda Shows Coming Up
Chile's going to be performing 2 more shows in the next few months as she finishes up her album, so make sure to get out and show her some love. Friday, November 7th, she'll be at LA Wingers in Frankfort, IN. She is also playing at Elbo Room in Chicago, IL on Saturday, December 6. Amanda is at her best live, so if you're a fan, you need to make it out to one of these shows. Also, there won't be a new radio show tonight, but feel free to listen to a repeat during the 9 PM central hour of the Amanda Overmyer radio show from a few weeks back. Amanda Overmyer's Lafayette, IN show last night was kick ass. VFTW people were of course there to represent, and we recorded one of Amanda's new songs as a souvenir. It's called "Varmint Rifle" and it's awesome. Special shoutout to Amanda, Casey, and all the super cool family members of the Overmyer and Taylor clan. You guys rock!

We're encouraging you to e-mail them at strange@wkhy.com to request the songs even more and make sure they keep playing them. The more airplay Chile gets, the more likely the songs will spread. She doesn't have payola help like Gaspy and company, so she needs a push, and the Worsters can help give that to her. Make sure to request Play On, Love Me Like You Want, and Fight Like a Son. Casey, Amanda's husband, stopped by VFTW to post some pictures that he and Amanda took at their wedding. How is awesome is that? We got a wedding shoutout! See, we always told you Chile was cool. Congrats again Amanda and Casey and enjoy the honeymoon!
Amanda stopped by to share pictures from her trip to Vegas with Casey. They were Hugh Hefner and a Playboy Bunny for Halloween. Seriously, can they be any more fun? Gotta love it. And remember, Chile concerts: Indianapolis on December 5 and Chicago on December 6. Be there.
