Joanna Pacitti- Does she have Idol Ties to 19 Entertainment's VP of Music and TV Publicity?
Ex-Geffen Records recording artist Joanna Pacitti, who made it to Hollywood for season 8 of American Idol (and probably the top 50), unsurprisingly has connections to Idol. So that's how she made it on so easily. We received a tip that Joanna is friends with Roger Widynowski, the VP of Music and TV Publicity at 19 Entertainment. 19 Entertainment is the company that owns the rights to Idol and manages most of the successful contestants. Isn't that a ridiculous conflict of interest to get your friends a place on a show you work on? Then again, if they didn't give Carly Smithson any crap about working with Randy Jackson last year, they sure won't do anything about Joplanta this year. Though, start spreading the word about Joanna's connections so we can at least give Idol crap about it early on.

Stupid plant Joanna Pacitti is already in Idol commercials. Idol ran this commercial yesterday, and Joanna is at 13 seconds in. You can also catch her saying "thank you" at the beginning of this one. Great... we're going to have to deal with the biggest plant ever in the top 36, aren't we?

American Idol 8 sequoia Joanna Pacitti has just arrived to this year's Whatevias. Looks like she's already trying to fame whore before she even appears on the show. Oh lo!

American Idol 8 Hollywood Partial List Spoilers
The Hollywood week just took place for American Idol 8, and we're digging up information as we speak. Thanks to JoesPlace, we have a partial list of contestants who made it to Hollywood. Check out some of the people who made it to at least Hollywood that we may love (or love to hate) this year. If you know anything about these contestants, please let us know and we'll make sure to keep the information anonymous:
- Joanna Pacitti, our least favorite plant, has of course made it to Hollywood. So has stoner Jason Castro's little brother, Michael Castro.
- Anna Kaelin, the daughter of Gaspy's vocal coach, has made it. Hopefully she has a better breathing technique.
- Many past Hollywood rejects made it to Hollywood again this year, including Mishavonna Henson, Michael Bartul, Imari Molifua, Asa Barnes, and Angela Martin (the mom from Chicago with the special needs daughter from last season).
- Storylines from Hollywood contestants we're sure that we'll see: Otto Malone, who auditioned on crutches after being wounded in the National Guard in Afghanistan, and Scott Douglas MacIntyre, a blind contestant.
- Other rumored contestants: Derek Drake (this year's Arizona Idol winner), Felicia Barton, Jakob McKay, Jenesis Samoranos, Kaylee Cohen, Ryan P.A. Johnson, Sarah Rose Flack, Sharon Wilbur, Shelby Swartwood, and Von Smith.
Joanna Pacitti is The Other Woman?
Possible American Idol 8 plant Joanna Pacitti apparently is also annoying fans of another show. Mark Ballas from Dancing with the Stars was formerly dating his costar Sabrina Bryan. It seems that during the time he dated Sabrina, he may have also been with Joanna. Now Sabrina's out of the picture and Joanna's in. This apparently made some people mad and they made this video. So not only is Joanna an annoying plant, she is also apparently a floozy. At least we got a good nickname for her from this song if she makes it on the show: "no good white trash ho."
Edited to Add: The video seems to have disappeared. Interesting... What could be going on here? Hmmmm. All the video was, for the people who missed it, was pictures of Mark, Sabrina, and Joanna to a song called "Cheater, Cheater".
Britney Spears Has Ties to Possible Planty Idol
There's no guarantee she'll be on this season of Idol but washed up plant Joanna Pacitti, who tried out for Idol this year, is having one of her songs covered by Britney Spears on her latest album Circus. The song is called Out From Under. If Joanna ends up on Idol this year, this is 100 times more planty than even Carlyplant. Let's hope our constant gossip about her has disqualified her already, as that was the point of us mentioning her a lot.
