Kara DioGuardi Refuses to Work With Kris Allen
One of the AI backup singers explained why Simon criticized Kara for slamming Kris's performance last night. In a Twitter feed:
"In short, the backstory to what Simon said to Kara. I was told that all the judges were given the opp to work w/ each kid…
…they were told the time slot for each kid’s rhrsl. They could come & advise the contestant on how 2 get the most of their song.
But on rhrsl day, only one judge actually showed up and did that… guess which one."
Yep, only Simon actually showed up. Paula was drunk, so she has an excuse. And Randy's opinion means nothing. But Kara not showing up shows how irrelevant she actually is. (News via MJ's)
Simon Cowell Says Kara DioGuardi Will Be Back For Next Season
In a stupid movie, Idol has apparently decided to renew Kara DioGuardi's contract for another year and keep her as a judge on Idol. Oh well, she's an easy target, so at least she'll be fun to mock for another year to come. Simon Cowell spilled the beans on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and also said he wants Adam Lambert to win. Idol Producers Pretend that Kara DioGuardi is Doing a Good Job
Undeterred by the fact that no one in America likes her, Kara DioGuardi seems to think she's doing a great job as the fourth (and most useless) judge on American Idol in a new Associated Press article. Executive Producer Cecile Frot-Coutaz lies through her teeth and says that, "We're pleased with the fourth judge." Unless Kara (pictured left, looking ugly with blonde hair) is giving the entire staff oral sex, there is no need to lie. Ask any Idol watcher, Kara brings nothing to the show but out of place comments and misplaced sexual aggression. Though one person has it right. That genius from Vote for the Worst, Dave Della Terza, says in the artlcle, "Kara's opinion is so irrelevant that I don't think people even listen to it" as he mocks her for being "humorless and unskilled for thinking on her feet." How much longer will the show keep Kara on now that she's a proven failure? Well the show does love proven failures (see: Carly Smithson, Blake Lewis), so probably for a while.
Seriously? Someone Signed Jason Castro?
Jason Cash-ho says in an interview at Billboard.com that he found a "home" at Atlantic Records. Oh, hell no. Beasty Cash-ho doesn't need any more money from her cash cow son. At least this gives us ample opportunity to chronicle plenty of failures as his album tanks and his family desperately tries to get free stuff out of it. Is there a family that's more money hungry than the Castros? Probably not. Rumor also has it at MJ's big Blog that Jason is working with Kara DildoGuardi on some songs. They should be doubly awful then.
ETA: Apparently the record deal is NOT confirmed, still a rumor. Our faith in humanity is restored.
ETA2: Dammit. It's confirmed. Why anyone would sign this idiot is beyond us.
Kara DioGuardi is Living a Nightmare
This was recently posted on BlindGossip.com but has since disappeared. Looks like Kara made a huge mistake by taking her job as the fourth judge. Didn't we say a long time ago that this wasn't a good idea? We're prescient as usual.
"This Songwriter’s dream job has turned into a nightmare. Since joining this top-rated reality show, she has alienated the top stars and fans. No one likes her, and she adds nothing to the show. Will she back for another season?"
Yep, still just as bad as it was last night, though through no fault of Kris. Kara DioGuardi may be the worst songwriter ever. Either her or Soulja Boy.
