Riding on the wave of being thrown out of Idol auditions, Joey Homza has a demo of a song called "Profiles" out. It's ridiculously VFTW and he wants to get over 1000 hits for his birthday request, so go watch it and comment.
Capture_Lift posted this video for us of planty Chicago auditioner Eliza Siep calling one of her friends a racial slur that rhymes with bigger. That's pretty disgusting. Once this gets out, we're sure Eliza's toast, so no need to follow her anymore.
There was even more Photoshopping done than we thought! But why release a video showing how large Jorbacca is and then try to pass off the pictures as authentic? Silly marketing team.
Maybe we were underestimating her VFTW potential? Here, American Idol 9 Chicago audition plant Eliza Siep is on an episode of Blind Date. In case you didn't see the last post, Eliza dated the lead singer of My Chemical Romance, and the fans of that band hate her. So she comes pre-packaged with her own hate club. Fun!
Oh fuck that! Alexis Cohen, also known as Glitter Girl, has been entertaining us and making VFTW happy for 2 seasons now. The producers asked her to try out again but then wouldn't let her in because she was late. Big mistake, producers. Alexis should be on every season.
Here's a clip from Amanda Overmyer performing "Love Me Like You Want" last night at Ballydoyle Irish Pub in Downers Grove, IL. If you want to catch her and you're in the Chicagoland area, she's playing at the other Ballydoyle Irish Pub in Aurora, IL on Saturday, June 27. Awesome show!
Kara DioGuardi's masterpiece of crap "No Boundaries" was such an embarrassment that it was funny to see Kris Allen and Adam Lambert have to pretend to like the song during this year's Idol finale. Well people must have booed the song on tour, because now it's been completely removed according to the New York Post. Now Kris Allen is singing the Killers' "All These Things That I've Done" (above) instead. At least Kara's lame song will be taken out back and finally put out of its misery. RIP "No Boundaries", the worst Idol winner's song ever.
